The sardonic sitcom opens Season 16 with a premiere called "Who Smarted?," which finds Jeff (voice of Jeff Fischer) fretting over the possibility that he's not smart enough for Hayley (voice of Rachael MacFarlane), so he undergoes an experimental intelligence enhancement procedure at the CIA. Elsewhere, Roger (voice of Seth MacFarlane) recruits Steve (voice of Scott Grimes) to help him harvest snake venom. What could possibly go wrong? Wendy Schaal and Dee Bradley Baker also are heard in the voice cast.
