Captain Lee returns to one of his favorite locales – the Caribbean – where he's joined by an old "Below Deck" fan favorite, bosun Eddie Lucas, as this hit reality series opens Season 8. New faces on the crew include chief stewardess Francesca Rubi, a perfectionist who runs a tight ship; Rachel Hargrove, a seasoned five-star Michelin chef; stewardesses Elizabeth Frankini, who embraces New Age beliefs; Isabelle "Izzy" Wouters, who lacks self-confidence; and deckhand James Hough, an outrageous flirt.
