In their new documentary "9 to 5: The Story of a Movement," Julia Reichert and Steven Bognar look back at a grassroots revolution in the 1970s and '80s, as secretaries banded together to create meaningful changes in the workplace. The ideas these women came up with eventually dovetailed with the women's and labor movements of the time. Their passion and commitment also inspired the 1980 movie comedy "9 to 5" starring Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda and Dolly Parton, as well as Parton's title song that became a workplace anthem.
