This unconventional docuseries and social experiment opens Season 12 with "Countdown to Meltdown," which introduces the 10 new singles who are scrambling with final wedding preparations as they count down the days until they will meet their mystery spouse at the altar. On top of the usual hassles, though, they're also trying to manage potential misgivings on the part of their families and other loved ones.
