There are still 15 chefs in play during tonight's new episode, but the legend in the spotlight, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, really sets the bar high with a demonstration of his special monkfish dish. After they've seen this culinary master demonstrate his technique, the nervous "cheftestants" are desperate to deliver an impressive recreation for their first elimination challenge. Chef Morimoto joins the judging panel of Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich and Aarón Sánchez to decide who is going home.
