Opening Day is finally upon us and it kicks off in style tonight at Minute Maid Park, where the Houston Astros will raise the 2022 championship banner to the rafters prior to their home opener against Luis Robert and the Chicago White Sox. Despite losing pitching ace Justin Verlander to free agency, the Astros are once again loaded for a long postseason run, having added ex-Chisox slugger Jose Abreu to an already formidable lineup. As for the Pale Hose, they had a relatively quiet offseason save for losing Abreu, but in a weak AL Central they may have enough for a Wild Card run.
