The competitive business world of food trucks can be cutthroat, but the profession actually starts to rack up a body count in the new episode "Winter Chill," which finds Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and his NCIS team launching an investigation after finding a man frozen to death in the back of one of these commercial vehicles. Joe Spano reprises his recurring guest role as T.C. Fornell; Lawrence Kao, Adam Ferrara and Francis Gonzalez also guest star.
