In the Season 7 finale, "Quints in Quarantine," the Busbys begin self-filming their experience in quarantine after the state of Texas issues a shelter-at-home order for all residents due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Danielle and Adam manage to sustain a sense of stability and normalcy in their home by keeping the girls entertained with activities like gardening, constructing extravagant tent forts and taking turns dressing one another. The parents face another challenge, though, as the quints' turn 5 under quarantine, making a conventional birthday party impossible.
