Flashbacks to Sam and Dean (Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles) as youngsters figure into the new episode "Drag Me Away (From You)", which finds the brothers asked to investigate the murder of an old childhood friend. That task takes them back to a motel from their past, perplexing the Winchesters with a case they thought had been solved many years ago.
